Artist Muse Lover Hunter 2023

This is a collection of paintings from my solo show in 2023 titled; "Artist Muse Lover Hunter", which was part of the Sydney World Gay Pride festival. It included works from the late noughties during my final years living in Canada up till I left in 2010. Upon returning to Sydney, I completed a very small number of additional paintings up till 2015, but then following that stopped making art altogether between 2015 and 2020. This show was therefore a reboot, coinciding with my return to making art during the COVID era. I titled the show, "Artist Muse Lover Hunter", because as a metaphor it encapsulated the full spectrum of different identities I inhabit as a creative person. This series also includes a few additional works that were not in the actual show. Works that had been previously sold, but nevertheless are included here because they belong to this body of work.
